Bullies

I saw a little segment on CNN that I thought was interesting. There's a website for the Workplace Bullying Institute that I recommend visiting. I see my boss all over this site. He talks "over" people and can only seem to ask a question in a humiliating way. His way of interacting with people is causing a majority of our morale problems.
