I pulled out 11 pumpkins from the garden this year.Only a couple have perfect shape and skin, but I love them all just the same. I'm actually very pleased with this crop.
I think these are the kind that you should be able to cook with, but I don't have a clue on that.
So, if you all know what to do with them, how to prepare them, recipes or any tips, let me know.
