Rueben Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 16 oz can sauerkraut well drained
4 slices Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 325. Place chicken in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Arrange sauerkraut over chicken and top with cheese. Cover the dish with foil and bake 1 1/2 hour. Remove foil and brown cheese. You can cover the chicken with thousand island dressing, but i dont like it so i put it on the table and let everyone add there own.

jo, i think you should line the bag, because it will hold it's shape better if you cram a bunch of stuff in it like i do.
